Menu ingredient guide
Our pizza recipes use a wheat-based crust and mozzarella. Margherita uses tomato sauce and basil; Pepperoni adds pepperoni; Garden adds peppers, cherry tomatoes and rocket; Loaded adds ham, olives, peppers and sliced egg; Cheese Lovers adds cheddar; Pesto Courgette adds basil pesto and courgette. Garlic bread uses wheat bread, garlic butter and herbs. Potato wedges are seasoned potatoes.
Allergens to check
Pizza and garlic bread recipes include wheat (gluten) and milk. Loaded pizza also includes egg. Pesto and other supplied ingredients may contain additional allergens, including nuts. This guide does not replace the current ingredient and allergen information for each pizza and side. Ask about cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soybeans, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, sulphur dioxide and sulphites, lupin and molluscs, as relevant to your needs.
